Refund policy
Returns
If you believe your product is defective, please get in touch with our customer service team and provide your order number along with details of the issue. Upon review, if the product is confirmed to be defective and falls within our 1-year warranty period, we will arrange for a replacement accordingly.
We are unable to accept returns on incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.
To put in a request for a return, please email our support staff within 30 days of delivery. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to our warehouse. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back within 30 days of receiving your product and we'll promptly refund your money once we receive your product. Please note that the product must be received in original working condition with original packaging. The refund will be processed once our team confirms receipt of the return.
Cancellations
To make an order cancellation please contact us immediately on hello@genionspace.com within 2 hours after you complete the order. For orders that have been processed and shipped out, we are unable to cancel, redirect, or intercept them. If you want a refund, you have to send the items back.
Shipping Costs
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These shipping costs are nonrefundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.
Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Sale Items
Sadly, we do not offer refunds on clearance items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.

Warranty
