Open it, set your height and angle, then lock it in.
Open the legs fully until they feel locked and stable.
Adjust to your preferred working height, then lock it in so it won’t drift.
Choose a comfortable angle for typing or viewing. Keep wrists neutral.
Insert the stopper into the slot to keep your laptop/tablet from sliding at higher angles.
Aim the lamp, then tap to cycle brightness.
Adjust the lamp to the desired direction. Small angle changes can make the light feel much softer on your eyes.
Press the button to control the light: Power On → Low → Medium → High → Power Off.
Two ways to use it: dock it in, or stand it up anywhere.
To use it with the lap desk, insert it into the slot.
To use it alone on other desks, unfold the standing legs on the back.

The tabletop is big enough to hold a 16” laptop. However, it could block the LED light from lifting up, unless having to move the laptop to the side. So you can still use the laptop on the side or use it without the light feature.
A 14” or smaller laptop can fit perfectly with the use of this lap desk.
Yes, the height of the lap desk is adjustable from 9.4” to 12.6” (24 to 32 cm), which means there's plenty of space for you to stretch out your legs.
